New York Yankees Rumors: 3 Potential Landing Spots for Aaron Hicks

Aaron Hicks has fallen on the New York Yankees' depth chart and openly stated that he has "no idea" what his role is. As a result, it appears that the Yankees are open to moving the veteran outfielder to give him the opportunity for more playing time. Thus, let's discuss three potential landing spots for him.

Atlanta Braves: One of the Atlanta Braves' biggest needs right now is to add an outfielder, so Hicks could be a decent trade target for them. Although he is not a star, he would provide them with another proven MLB-caliber outfielder, and he would have the opportunity to be an everyday player there.

Seattle Mariners: The Seattle Mariners could use more depth in their outfield, so perhaps they could make a push for Hicks. He would provide them with another veteran on their roster, and he could be a good mentor for their younger players to learn from.

Los Angeles Dodgers: The Los Angeles Dodgers are looking for outfield help, so they are a team to watch in the Hicks sweepstakes. Hicks would likely be very open to playing in LA as well, as it would provide him the opportunity to play for another contender. However, he would stand a better chance of receiving more playing time there as well.
