Milwaukee Brewers Sign Super-Utility Specialist

VanMeter offers plenty of defensive versatility and will attempt to win a spot on the Brewers' Opening Day roster this spring. 

The super-utility specialist slashed a poor .187/.266/.558, with three home runs, 14 RBIs, four stolen bases and 15 runs scored across 67 games last season with the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The twenty-seven-year-old is a former fifth-round pick by the San Diego Padres in the 2013 MLB Draft.
