Dodgers Claim Utilityman Over Waivers

Joining his fourth team in just three seasons.

The Los Angeles Dodgers have claimed utilityman Luke Williams off waivers from the Miami Marlins.
Williams was outrighted from the Marlins' 40-man roster earlier this week and was quickly claimed by the Dodgers.

The twenty-six-year-old can play multiple positions and could find a reserve role in Los Angeles.

In 71 games this past season with the Marlins, Williams slashed .235/.290/.313, with one home runs, three RBIs, 11 stolen bases and 20 runs scored over 70 games.

Over the last two years, Williams has played with the Philadelphia Phillies, San Francisco Giants and the Marlins.
