Dodgers Pitcher Elects Free Agency

The eight-season veteran is joining free agency after just one season with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Robbie Erlin has elected free agency.
Erlin signed a minor league contract last offseason with the Dodgers and wound up making a pair of relief appearances for the club. It was his first time back in the majors since the pandemic shortened 2020 season.

For his career, the thirty-two-year-old has posted a 4.87 ERA, 1.30 WHIP, and 275 strikeouts over 341 innings. He's spent six seasons with the San Diego Padres and one with the Pittsburgh Pirates, Atlanta Braves, and Dodgers.

Erlin should be able to find a team this offseason and serve as extra organizational relief depth.
