The Rangers have been very cautious with Jung, and not to rush him, as he is just a few months removed from surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder.
The twenty-four-year-old has slashed .266/.326/.540, with nine home runs, 29 RBIs and 19 runs scored over 31 games this season, split between the Rangers Rookie League affiliate and Triple-A Round Rock.

The twenty-four-year-old was poised to be the Rangers starting third baseman this season before suffering the injury back in February. He'll likely be an everyday player moving forward, for the rest of the season. Jung is the Rangers top-ranked prospect and the 39th-ranked prospect in all of baseball.
