Toronto Blue Jays Add Speedy Outfielder

The Toronto Blue Jays continue to tweak their roster as the team has added outfielder Jarrod Dyson. The Jays claimed him off waivers from the Kansas City Royals.

At this the move has not yet been formally announced however, Robert Murray of Fansided has reported the news.  The Blue Jays continue to be dealing with injuries, as George Springer is battling his way back to the lineup and Cavan Biggio just recently experienced a set back in his come back to the big league lineup.

As for Dyson, he's nothing but speed and will give the Jays another left handed bat off the bench. He could spot start at times but will mostly be used in a reserve type of role. This season Dyson has appeared in 77 games, hitting .221 with 10 RBI and eight stolen bases.
