Miami Marlins Star Undergoes Off-Season Surgery

The Miami Marlins star Jazz Chisholm had a fantastic campaign in 2023 despite playing in just 97 games due to injury as the Marlins made an impressive playoff push, and with a future so bright, they'll be hoping that he's completely healthy in 2024.

Yesterday, the electric young star revealed that he successfully underwent surgery to deal with the turf toe injury that he was dealing with for the majority of the season, with hope that it will lead to a full season in 2024.

Along with their talented young pitchers and the likes of Luis Arraez, the Marlins have built a fantastic young core, and while Chisholm's off-season work will now be limited, if he can ramp up at the right time, this is an injury that shouldn't bother him when the season begins.
