Colorado Rockies Rumors: 2 Trade Candidates Heading to Opening Day

The Colorado Rockies are one of the many teams considering their options on the trade market right now, and some of their players have entered the rumor mill because of it. However, they have two specific trade targets that very likely could be on the move before the start of the regular season.

C.J. Cron: After a 29-home run and 102-RBI season with the Rockies last season, C.J. Cron has been discussed heavily in the rumor mill. Colorado has made it known that they will move him for the right price, and this is understandable with his trade value being at its highest after his first All-Star season. Look for teams in need of some power to make a push for him from here.

Dinelson Lamet: There have been rumblings that the Rockies are listening to offers for Dinelson Lamet. The 30-year-old may not be a star, but he would offer more depth to a team's bullpen if acquired. With that, he has experience as a starter, so he is a solid under-the-radar trade candidate worth some consideration.
