Colorado Rockies Rumors: DH Being Linked to Milwaukee Brewers

The Milwaukee Brewers are looking to add another DH to their group before the start of the regular season. It is clear that they want more power as they aim to become a playoff team again, so it makes sense to hear that there are reports that they are interested in acquiring C.J. Cron from the Colorado Rockies.

The Rockies have made it known that they are willing to hear offers for Cron before the season is officially underway. It is easy to understand why, as Cron's value is at its highest after an All-Star season, and the Rockies are still a team looking to build their roster for the future. Thus, they could be willing to move Cron for the right price, and the Brewers have the assets to get a deal done.

In 150 games played this past season with the Rockies, Cron had 29 home runs, 102 RBIs, and a .257 batting average. There is no question at all that the Brewers could certainly use a power hitter like him in their lineup, so let's see if they acquire him from here.
