MLB Rumors: Boston Red Sox & Detroit Tigers Talking Trade

The Boston Red Sox have been actively shopping infielder Bobby Dalbec this offseason. Interest in his services is starting to increase now, as the Detroit Tigers are reportedly making a push for the young infielder.

With the Red Sox aiming to make changes after last year’s horrible season, it makes sense that Dalbec could be on the move. He is coming off of a very down season himself and seems to have taken a step back in his development. Perhaps a change of scenery to a rebuilding team like the Tigers could provide him with the jolt he needs to bounce back from here.

It will be intriguing to see if the Tigers’ interest in Dalbec ends up leading to the slugger being moved there before the start of the 2023 season from here.
