Boston Red Sox Release Multiple Players

The Boston Red Sox have trimmed their roster, releasing multiple players.

The Red Sox have released the following players:

• RHP Andres Ortuno: 3.22 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, with 103 strikeouts over 109 innings pitched.

• OF Henry Morales: .211/.375/.708 triple slash line, with eight RBIs and seven runs scored over 57 at-bats.

• RHP Irving Medina: 6.14 ERA, 1.57 WHIP, with 43 strikeouts over 48.1 innings pitched.

• RHP Carlos Reyes: 5.10 ERA, 1.71 WHIP, with 99 strikeouts over 90 innings pitched.

• LHP Stiwar Adames: 2.36 ERA, 1.30 WHIP, with 45 strikeouts over 61 innings pitched.

• LHP Starlin Santos: 3.76 ERA, 1.31 WHIP, with 76 strikeouts over 83.2 innings pitched.

• C Miguel Rojas: .259/.344/.688 triple-slash line, with one home run, 30 RBIs, two stolen bases and 33 runs scored over 212 at-bats.

• C Renny Flores: .203/.370/.620 triple-slash line, with nine RBIs and 10 runs scored over 64 at-bats.

• C Jaxx Groshans: .231/.332/.721 triple-slash line, with 18 home runs, 81 RBIs, two stolen bases and 73 runs scored over 576 at-bats.

• INF Yevganni Reinita: .202/.391/.617 triple-slash line, with seven RBIs, two stolen bases and 16 runs scored over 84 at-bats.
