Veteran Pitcher Wants to Return to MLB

After sitting out the 2022 season, veteran pitcher Brett Anderson is hoping to return to the majors in 2023, according to Ken Rosenthal.

Anderson has 13 years of MLB experience, ranging from 2009 to 2021. Over that span, the 6-foot-4 lefty put together a 67-74 record to go along with a 4.07 ERA. Overall, he has the potential to be a decent addition to a team's bottom half of the rotation, so he should have little trouble getting a minor league deal at a minimum.

Anderson's final season in the majors saw him sport a 4-9 record and 4.22 ERA in 24 games with the Milwaukee Brewers. Let's see if he has the chance to put together a better year in 2023.
