MLB Rumors: Detroit Tigers Have 4 Free Agents On Their Radar

The Detroit Tigers have made two moves thus far during the offseason, but there are more to come, according to Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press. They're still looking to add to the major league roster on the free agent market,

He reports that the Tigers have several reasonably-priced targets.

Adam Frazier

The Tigers are looking for more offence and are interested in Frazier, whom they seem to feel can return to his 2021 All-Star form. He would also add a ton of versatility to the lineup, playing outfield corner spots or second base.

Seth Lugo

The former New York Mets reliever is seeking a return to the starting rotation, and the Tigers are one of the teams willing to look at him in that capacity.

Brian Anderson and Edwin Rios are a couple of other multi-positional players the Tigers are considering, both of whom can play third base and in the outfield.

The team is also interested in Wil Myers, who can play first and the outfield, but the Tigers aren't considered a frontrunner to acquire him.

Moves already in the books this offseason have been to trade reliever Joe Jimenez to the Atlanta Braves for a couple of upper-level prospects, and signing an old friend for the pitching rotation in Matthew Boyd.
