MLB Rumors: Baltimore Orioles Linked to Pitcher

According to Rob Bradford of WEEI, the Baltimore Orioles are interested in free-agent pitcher Rich Hill.

Hill just completed his age-42 season with the Boston Red Sox, where he had an 8-7 record to go along with a 4.27 ERA in 26 games. Although it wasn't a perfect season for the 18-year veteran, he still can be a decent number four or five starter for a team like the Orioles. Furthermore, with the Orioles being a team on the rise, it would make sense for them to bring in a veteran like Hill to help mentor their younger players.

In 350 career MLB games, Hill has an 82-59 record and 3.85 ERA. Let's see if he ends up becoming an Oriole from here.
