Milwaukee Brewers Sign Pitcher

The Milwaukee Brewers have signed Adonis Medina to a minor league contract.

Medina appeared in a career-high 14 MLB games last season with the New York Mets, but it is fair to say he struggled during them. As a Met, he had a 1-0 record, but his 6.08 ERA shows that he did have trouble finding consistency when called upon. As a Brewer, he will be hoping for a chance to change that.

Medina will first need to impress at Spring Training to have any chance of being selected to the Mets' 40-man roster. Time will tell what happens with the righty on that front from here.

In 19 career MLB games, Medina has a 1-1 record and 5.35 ERA.
