Rangers Very ''Confident'' On Two Coveted Free Agent Starters

According to Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic, the Texas Rangers ''seem more confident'' of landing free agent left-handed pitcher Carlos Rodon and Japanese free agent right-handed pitcher Kodai Senga than signing free agent pitchers Jacob deGrom or Justin Verlander.
The Rangers have recently been linked to Rodon and Senga, and it would not be surprising to see them continue to pursue both as potential top-of-the-rotation starters.

The starting pitcher free agent market has been fairly quiet this offseason, which could give the Rangers an opportunity to land one, or both, of two of the most coveted free agent starters available.
