Injury Update On Twins Star Outfielder

He's one of the most explosive players in baseball, when healthy.

Minnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton said that he has been cleared to resume running.

Buxton underwent season-ending arthroscopic surgery on his right knee in September. The surgery was described as a ''cleanup procedure.''

Buxton said that he feels ''good' and is still rehabbing with his goal to be ready for the start of spring training.
The twenty-eight-year-old yet again played through injuries during the 2022 season, but still crushed a career-high 28 home runs, along with 51 RBIs and six stolen bases in just 92 games. However, Buxton slashed a very disappointing .224/.306/.526 line.

If Buxton can ever be fully healthy for an entire season, there's no doubt he would be strongly in the mix for the MVP award.
