Baltimore Orioles Claim 2 Players

The Baltimore Orioles have claimed Aramis Garcia and Mark Kolozvary off waivers from the Cincinnati Reds.

Garcia played in 47 games with the Reds this season, where he had one home run, four RBIs, and a .213 batting average. He should serve as a decent depth option for the Orioles next season, as he is capable of playing both catcher and first base. In 116 career games, he has 10 home runs, 25 RBIs, and a .216 batting average.

Kolozvary, on the other hand, played in his first 10 MLB games this season with the Reds, where he had one home run, three RBIs, and a .200 batting average. Like Garcia, he is a catcher, so the Orioles have certainly added to their depth at that position with these claims.
