Arizona Diamondbacks Pitcher Set To Make MLB Debut

Ryne Nelson is set to make his MLB debut for the Arizona Diamondbacks on Monday, according to Nick Piecoro.

When a pitching prospect makes their debut, they naturally become the main focus of the game. Due to this, Diamondback fans will be curious to see what Nelson can provide during his first start in the majors for the club.

Truthfully, it's been a year of mixed results for Nelson this campaign. Although he has a solid 10-5 record in Triple-A this season, he also sports a pretty high 5.43 ERA. With the Diamondbacks, he will be hoping to find a bit more consistency, as it could be exactly what helps him stick around for the remainder of the season.

Nevertheless, it will be intriguing to see how Nelson performs for' the Diamondbacks during this call-up.
