MLB Rumors: Kansas City Royals Shopping All-Star Infielder

The Royals already traded Andrew Benintendi last week, but they might not be done making moves. Whit Merrifield is the next All-Star Royal who could be on the move before the deadline passes.

Although the 2022 season hasn't been too kind to Merrifield, there are plenty of teams who would love to have the speedster on their roster. Keep in mind, he is a two-time All-Star who has led the league in steals during three out of his seven career seasons.

Merrifield should continue to garner interest around the league as inch closer to the deadline. We will have to wait and see where he ends up going from here.
