Marlins Top Pitching Prospect Back Friday
The Miami Marlins lost one of their best pitching prospects last week in Max Meyer, but this week they're getting another one back.
The Marlins are activating starter Edward Cabrera from the 15-day injured list. He is starting Friday's game against the Chicago Cubs.
Per multiple sources, Edward Cabrera is expected to rejoin the #Marlins tomorrow in Chicago.

Cabrera last pitched six days ago, in a minor league rehab outing, striking out seven over five innings.
The twenty-four-year-old has been out since June 12 with right elbow tendinitis. There was some initial concern that he might be out for the remainder of the season, but Cabrera appears to have avoided that.
Cabrera is one of the most talented pitching prospects in all of baseball, something the Marlins seem to have a lot of, and if he can stay healthy he'll be very fun to watch.
