Cardinals Bring Back Infielder DFA'd This Week; His Fourth Team Since June

The New York Mets designated him for assignment on Wednesday and it did not take long for another team to scoop him up.

The St. Louis Cardinals have claimed infielder Kramer Robertson off waivers from the Mets.

Since June, Robertson has gone from Cardinals to the Braves to the Mets and back to the Cardinals by way of the waiver wire.

He will report to Triple-A Memphis.

The twenty-seven-year-old has only played in two major league games and appeared in one at-bat.

In the minors this year, Robertson is hitting .241/.400/.762, with seven home runs, 30 RBIs and 20 stolen bases.
