Brewers Activate Utility Player from IL; Option Pitcher

The Milwaukee Brewers are getting their utility man back.

The Brewers have activated Jace Peterson off the 10-day injured list.
Peterson is finally healthy after missing over a month with a left elbow sprain. He was in a nice hot streak before going down with the injury, batting .333 with two home runs and six RBIs over his last 19 games.

The thirty-two-year-old returns to a triple slash line of .252/.325/.439, with eight home runs, 30 RBIs and 10 stolen bases over 80 games this season.

Pitcher Pablo Reyes has been optioned to Triple-A in a corresponding move.
