Arizona Diamondbacks Designate Pitcher For Assignment

The Arizona Diamondbacks have designated Chris Devenski for assignment.

It has been a very difficult season for Devenski, so perhaps this is a move that we could have predicted. In 12 appearances for the Diamondbacks on the year, he may have a 2-1 record but that also goes along with a disastrous 7.59 ERA.

Teams looking for a bit of bullpen help could take a chance on Devenski. Keep in mind, he is a former All-Star.
