Athletics Pitcher Set To Return

The Athletics have announced that Frankie Montas is set to return for Thursday's contest against the Tigers.

Montas' return is notable, as he is the Athletics' top trade target as we get closer to the deadline. Thus, him being healthy is essential if they hope to get a solid return for him.

In 17 games this season, Montas has a 3-9 record but a solid 3.26 ERA. It's fair to say that he is the victim of pitching for a bad team, but hopefully, things will change on that front by August.
