Twins And Phillies Complete Trade

The Minnesota Twins have traded Daniel Robertson to the Philadelphia Phillies in exchange for cash considerations.

Robertson is a solid utilityman to have around, so it makes sense that the Phillies are bringing him in while they are dealing with multiple injuries. Robertson can play second base, third base, and shortstop, so he could come in handy during this rough period for Philadelphia.

In 299 career games between the Rays, Giants, and Brewers, Robertson has 18 home runs, 78 RBIs, and a .227 batting average.
