Red Sox Pitcher Set To Make Debut

Earlier this week, the Boston Red Sox acquired James Norwood from the Philadelphia Phillies. Now, he has been called up to their major league roster.

Norwood will be hoping to turn things around with his new club. In 20 appearances for the Phillies this year, he had a 1-0 record to go along with a very high 8.31 ERA. We will now have to wait and see if he will bounce back.

The Red Sox are in a position where they can take a shot on Norwood. If he doesn't show signs of improvement, they simply can remove him from their roster. Here's to hoping he stays put and thrives.
