MLB Rumors: Changes On The Way For Rays

The Tampa Bay Rays haven't looked like contenders lately, as they have won just three out of their last 10 games. Due to this, they now sport a 36-30 record and find themselves as a Wild Card. As a way to help their chances of making the postseason, it would be wise for them to start exploring the trade market as soon as possible.

The AL East is very competitive. Nobody is catching the red-hot Yankees, but a very close battle has formed between the Rays, Blue Jays, and Red Sox. Those two teams appear to be heading in the right direction, so Tampa may feel the urge to make some additions.

We will have to wait and see what the Rays do from here, but if they remain stagnant, playoff baseball may not happen for them this year.
