3 Potential Destinations for Braves Legend Eddie Rosario

The Atlanta Braves won the World Series for a number of reasons and one of them was the hot-hitting of outfielder Eddie Rosario. It was perfect timing as Rosario hits the open market on Monday and is in line for a nice pay day.

3 Teams Who Could Sign the Braves Legend

Atlanta Braves: Yes, this is an obvious choice, the Braves were thrilled with Rosario's play this fall and could be open to a reunion. He appeared in 33 games with the Braves after starting the year in Cleveland and hit .271 with seven HR and 16 RBI, after belting seven HR and collecting 46 RBI before the move. His speed is underrated as well, he swiped 11 bags and was only caught three times. The Braves will worry about Freddie Freeman first and then turn their attention back to Rosario.

Los Angeles Angels: The Angels could be one of the teams in the mix as they are primarily focused on adding pitching but have a need to add an outfielder as well. Rosario's versatility is very attractive as he's spent time in all three outfield positions throughout his career. He's projected to hit 20 HR and collect 73 RBI in 2022, production the Angels could use as they let Dexter Fowler walk.

New York Mets: The Mets are in the market for outfield help and Rosario could be the perfect fit. The team is expected to lose Michael Conforto to a hefty contract offer, and could use the 30 year old to replace his at bats. Rosario bats from the left-side and teams are always looking to have the perfect balance throughout their lineup. While the Mets have a ton of decisions to make up and down their organization this winter, look for them to be in on Rosario and potentially make a three-year contract offer.
