Two Massive Stars Lead MLB All-Star Voting After Phase One

The MLB All-Star Game is creeping up on us, with less than a month to go until a celebration of the best baseball has to offer, and through phase one of the All-Star voting, there haven't been many surprises, with arguably two of baseball's biggest names leading the way.

Unsurprisingly, Shohei Ohtani, who has been among the best hitters AND pitchers in all of baseball throughout 2023 is headed to the All Star game as the leading vote getter in the AL, after posting a 6-3 record with a 3.13 ERA through 89 innings in 15 starts, while hitting .292 with 24 home runs and 58 RBI's, so it's safe to say he's more than earned this honour.

For the NL, it's Ronald Acuna once again leading the way after a blistering start in 2023 as he's led the Braves to a 48-26 record as he has tallied a .324 average with 15 home runs and 46 RBI's, and with such an exciting style, there's no surprise that he's drawn the attention of the baseball world, and now all eyes will be on him once again at the All-Star game.
