Baltimore Orioles Superstar Likely Headed To IL

The Baltimore Orioles have been the biggest surprise in all of baseball this season, with a young, hungry, thrilling team, and while it's Adley Rutschman that gets all of the attention, star outfielder Cedric Mullins has been just as incredible for this franchise.

Unfortunately, on Monday night during the 5-0 loss to the Cleveland Guardians, Mullins left the game with what manager Brandon Hyde described as a strain to the right groin area, and now, it appears that a stint on the 10-day Injured List is inevitable.

In 53 games this year, Mullins is hitting .263 with 8 home runs and 39 RBI's, combined with his elite defence in the outfield, and if the Orioles do miss him for any amount of time, his absence from the lineup will no doubt be noticed.
