San Francisco Giants Outfielder To Make Franchise Debut On Monday Night

The San Francisco Giants have started their 2023 campaign quite slow, but with talent getting healthy, there's certainly an avenue for them to improve going forward, and on Monday Night, they'll be getting a key piece back in their lineup.

The Giants will battle the St. Louis Cardinals in the first of a three game set on Monday, and for the first time since his signing this off-season, power bat Mitch Haniger will be in the lineup alongside the likes of Joc Pederson and Brandon Crawford, and after being their marquee signing, they'll need him to step in and perform immediately.

The 2021 season with Seattle was Haniger's best career year, slugging 39 home runs with 100 RBI's, and after a down year in 2022, the Giants will be hoping he can regain his form, and if the pitching staff comes around, this is a team to watch going forward.
