Milwaukee Brewers: 2 Trade Candidates Heading to Opening Day

The Milwaukee Brewers just missed out on the playoffs last season and are now aiming to get things back on track in 2023. Due to this, they are working the phones and looking to make some last-minute changes. As a result, these two players have emerged as potential trade candidates.

Corbin Burnes: Corbin Burnes was transparent when he noted that the relationship between him and the Brewers was "definitely hurt" during arbitration talks. As a result, there have been rumblings that the Brewers are looking to move him. Yet, for this to actually come to fruition, the Brewers would need to receive a major return for their star ace.

Luis Urias: Luis Urias has been discussed a lot in the rumor mill, and the Brewers are reportedly willing to move him for the right price. There certainly should be a market for the 25-year-old infielder, as he can provide some power while hitting at his best. As a result, expect to see teams like the Los Angeles Dodgers, Boston Red Sox, and Chicago White Sox make a push for him.
