Los Angeles Angels Rumors: Reliever Garnering Trade Interest

Teams around the majors are looking to strengthen their bullpens. As a result of this, Los Angeles Angels reliever Ryan Tepera is starting to garner plenty of trade interest around the league.

The Angels are unlikely to move Tepera before the start of the season, as they are hoping that this will finally be the season where they get back into the postseason. However, if they continue to struggle, Tepera will surely be moved due to his pending unrestricted free-agent status.

Tepera appeared in 59 games this past season with the Angels, where he put together a 5-4 record to go along with a 3.61 ERA and six saves. Overall, it was another solid season for the 35-year-old reliever, and he will now be aiming to build off of it in 2023 from here.

Teams expected to be in the mix for Tepera's services include the New York Mets, New York Yankees, Los Angeles Dodgers, Philadelphia Phillies, and Toronto Blue Jays.
