MLB Rumors: Insider Links Los Angeles Angels to Pitcher

The Los Angeles Angels are looking to add to the rotation before the start of the regular season. As a result, they are one of the teams currently making a push for Michael Wacha, according to MLB insider Jon Heyman.

It makes sense that the Angels are considering bringing in Wacha, as he is coming off of a very good season with the Boston Red Sox. As a result, he could be a very strong addition to the middle of their rotation as they try to become a playoff team again. However, several other teams are considering the veteran, so the Angels are certainly not guaranteed to land him just yet.

We will need to wait and see if Los Angeles ends up being the team to win the Wacha sweepstakes from here. Alas, time will tell what comes to fruition on that front.
