Cincinnati Reds Sign Outfielder

The Cincinnati Reds have signed Chad Pinder to a minor league contract. 

Pinder just completed his tenure with the Oakland A's, and now he will be looking to make an impact with the Reds in 2023. Yet, for that to occur, he will need to impress at spring training to have his contract selected. When noting that the Reds sport a weak roster, it is fair to argue that he has a good chance of making the majors for Opening Day.

In 111 games this past season with the A's, Pinder had 12 home runs, 42 RBIs, and a .236 batting average. Let's see if he can put up a bigger season with the Reds from here.
