MLB Rumors: Philadelphia Phillies Interested in Veteran Reliever

According to Jon Heyman, the Philadelphia Phillies are interested in signing Zack Britton.

Britton appeared in just three games last season with the New York Yankees, where he had a 13.50 ERA. Obviously, injuries played a role in his struggles, so the 35-year-old is viewed as a prime bounce-back candidate heading into 2023. When looking at his past success, he is exactly the kind of veteran reliever that Philadelphia should have on their radar.

In 442 career MLB games, Britton has a 35-26 record to go along with a 3.13 ERA and 154 saves.
