Houston Astros Make Changes to World Series Roster

The Houston Astros have made changes to their World Series roster ahead of Game 6. After suffering a knee injury in Game 5, Yuli Gurriel has now been removed from the roster, thus ending his postseason. With this, Korey Lee has been added to the roster in his place.

Losing Gurriel is certainly not ideal for Houston, as he's a part of their core and was a part of their first World Series squad. However, now the Astros are without the veteran infielder as they aim to win one more game to bring home their second championship. In 146 games this season, he had eight home runs, 53 RBIs, and a .242 batting average.

Lee, on the other hand, will provide the Astros with another option behind the plate. He appeared in his first 12 MLB games this season with Houston, where he had zero home runs, four RBIs, and a .160 batting average. Let's see if he can heat up at the right time and make an impact for the Astros from here.
