Chicago White Sox Sign Pitcher

The Chicago White Sox have signed Nate Fisher to a minor league contract.

Fisher appeared in his first MLB game this season with the New York Mets, where he pitched three scoreless innings. He certainly did well in his lone appearance, but it was not enough for him to stay on their 40-man roster. As a result, he was a minor league free agent, and he now has a new home with the White Sox organization.

Ultimately, there's no harm in the White Sox taking a chance on a young pitcher like Fisher. It will be intriguing to see if he can make the jump to the majors in 2023 with them from here.
