Brewers Outright Outfielder; Sign Player

The Milwaukee Brewers have made two roster moves.

The Brewers have sent outfielder Pablo Reyes outright to Triple-A Nashville.

The move clears him from the 40-man roster. Reyes only appeared in 15 plate appearances in the majors this season and slashed a solid .273/.348/.439, with 11 home runs and 15 stolen bases over 99 games at the Triple-A level.
The Brewers have also signed infielder Andruw Monasterio to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.

The twenty-five-year-old has a career .271/.364/.770 slash line, with nine home runs, 44 RBIs, 15 stolen bases and 69 runs scored over 377 at-bats in the minors. He has yet to make his major league debut.
