Vinny Nittoli is moving on from the Toronto Blue Jays, as he has opted out of his minor league contract.

Nittoli signed with Toronto last month, but it never resulted in a call-up. As a result, the right-hander will be looking for an opportunity elsewhere instead.

Nittoli has appeared in just one major league game over his career, and that occurred last season with the Seattle Mariners. It will be intriguing to see if another club signs him from here. He isn't a bad pitcher to add for depth.
