Pittsburgh Pirates Pitcher Heading To Waivers

The Pittsburgh Pirates have designated Austin Brice for assignment.

Brice has appeared in four games for the Pirates this season, where he sported a 0-0 record and 4.05 ERA. Overall, he didn't struggle too much in the majors, but it just wasn't enough for him to maintain his spot on their 40-man roster. A trip to waivers is now inevitable.

Teams looking for a bit of experienced pitching depth could look to give Brice a shot. In 144 career games, he has a 4-4 record to go along with a 5.12 ERA.
