MLB Rumors: Boston Red Sox Shopping Starter

The Red Sox have been all over the place during this trade deadline. Now, things in Boston may be getting even crazier, as the team is listening to offers for Nathan Eovaldi, according to Alex Speier.

Eovaldi is a pending UFA, so it makes sense that the Red Sox are at least seeing what they can get for the veteran starter. Furthermore, even though the Red Sox have brought talent in, they also parted ways with Christian Vazquez yesterday. Thus, they are open to switching up their roster and moving out rental candidates.

In 16 games this season, Eovaldi has a 5-3 record to go along with a 4.11 ERA. Let's see where he ends up going from here.
