Mariners Acquire Infielder from Dodgers

The Seattle Mariners have acquired infielder Jake Lamb from the Los Angeles Dodgers for cash considerations, per Robert Murray.

The thirty-one-year-old has played 25 games for the Dodgers this season, hitting .239/.338/.433, with two home runs and four RBIs.

A veteran of nine MLB seasons, spent with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Oakland Athletics, Chicago White Sox, Toronto Blue Jays, and Los Angeles Dodgers, he will likely fill in as a utility man for Seattle and, at the very least, add some depth to their roster.
