Atlanta Braves Outfielder Clears Waivers

Travis Demeritte is staying with the Atlanta Braves organization, as he has cleared waivers.

In response to Demeritte clearing waivers, he has now been outrighted to Triple-A Gwinnett. He will be aiming to impress in Triple-A, as his primary goal is to get back on the Braves' 40-man roster. That would allow him the chance to receive a future call-up.
