Tigers Outfielder Heading To Injured List

Austin Meadows has had another setback, as the Tigers outfielder has been placed on the 10-day injured list with Achilles strains in both legs.

Meadows was set to begin a rehab assignment, but now those plans have to be put on pause. Naturally, that is both frustrating to both the player and club.

In 36 games this season, Meadows has zero home runs, 11 RBIs, and a .250 batting average. Here's to hoping that he can begin to build on these numbers soon.
