Red Sox Pitcher Sent Down To Triple-A

The Boston Red Sox are continuing to make roster moves, as they have optioned Kutter Crawford to Triple-A.

Crawford has appeared in 10 games with the Red Sox this season, and it's fair to say he has had some struggles during them. At this juncture, he sports a 1-2 record to go along with a high 6.41 ERA. With these stats, it makes sense that he is returning to Triple-A.

Crawford will now be trying to put together some strong play in Triple-A from here. If he plays well, don't be surprised to see Boston give him another shot later on in the season.
