Milwaukee Brewers Pitcher Handed A Massive Suspension

The MLB is known to have handed down some major suspensions in recent years, and after an 80-game suspension for a Brewers pitcher a season ago, J.C. Mejia has now been given yet another one, and this could signal the end of his major league career.

According to a report, Mejia has now been given a 162-game suspension after once again testing positive for the PED substance Stanozolol, and at 27-years of age coupled with two major suspensions, a team is unlikely to take a shot on him anytime soon.

Mejia has appeared in just 28 games over his three year career, putting together an ERA of 8.32, and as he'll be close to 28 when he returns from this latest suspension, it could unfortunately be the end of his big league career.
