Texas Rangers Top-10 Prospect To Undergo Tommy John Surgery

The Texas Rangers have been building a formidable squad for a number of years now with some big time free agent pickups, but they've also got plenty of names for the future that means success could be sustained for a long period of time. 

Unfortunately, now their No. 6 overall prospect Kumar Rocker will be out for a long time after confirming that he will undergo Tommy John Surgery, a devastating break for the 2022 No. 3 overall pick of the Rangers.

At 23-years old, Rocker will have plenty of time to recover and get to the major leagues, but after such a promising start to his professional career, this is a tough break for one of the most electric pitchers in recent college baseball history, so hopefully he can get back to his best in the coming years.
