SHOCKING: Carlos Correa Leaves SF Giants; Finds New Home

After failing his physical with the San Francisco Giants, Carlos Correa became a free agent once again. Although it seemed that the star shortstop and Giants would try to make something work, Correa has already found a new home. Yes, in a GIANT change of events, Correa has inked a 12-year, $315 million contract with the New York Mets.

The Mets' offseason of spending has now hit ridiculous levels. It was reported that they made a push for Correa right before he signed with the Giants. However, his failed physical opened the door for the Mets to try to sign him again, and they successfully landed him this time around.

With the Mets, Correa is expected to play third base. He will provide them with another star, and now it truly has become World Series or bust for the Mets.

Nevertheless, what a shocking turn of events. Sending our best wishes to Giants fans.
